IJARASEM FELLOWSHIP

Fellowship members of the International Journal of Advanced Research in Arts, Science, Engineering & Management enjoy a variety of privileges and responsibilities that reflect their distinguished roles in the academic and research communities. This membership is available to academicians, scientists, management professionals, and research scholars, providing them with the opportunity to engage with the journal’s multidisciplinary approach and contribute to its academic influence.

OBJECTIVE:

The aim of IJARASEM is to foster a practical environment where medical trainees can develop knowledge, enhance their manuscript peer-review skills, write and publish scientific articles, and gain a deeper understanding of journal management strategies and processes.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates should be Postgraduate Scholars, Research Scholars, PhD holders, or active researchers with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week to Editorial Fellowship activities with the International Journal of Advanced Research in Arts, Science, Engineering & Management for one year. Additionally, they should be available for periodic teleconferences or virtual meetings with mentors.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fellowship members of an international journal, such as the International Journal of Advanced Research in Arts, Science, Engineering & Management, may be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Manuscript Review and Editorial Involvement
1. Reviewing submitted manuscripts and offering constructive feedback to ensure their quality, accuracy, and relevance.
2. Participating in editorial discussions and making decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of submissions.
• Sharing Specialized Knowledge
• Sharing specialized knowledge and insights to help guide the journal’s direction, with a focus on emerging trends and research within multidisciplinary fields.
• Contributing to the creation of special issues or thematic sections on current or innovative research topics.
• Mentorship and Professional Development
  • Offering mentorship to junior researchers, authors, and graduate students on academic writing, research methodology, and the publication process.
  • Advising authors on how to improve their manuscripts to meet academic standards and enhance quality.
• Journal Promotion and Growth
  • Promoting the journal within their professional network and at academic conferences or workshops.
  • Assisting in expanding the journal’s readership and boosting its impact within the global academic community.
• Contributing to Journal Advancement
  • Actively contributing to the development of the journal’s editorial policies, scope, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with fellow members to improve the journal’s impact, visibility, and academic standing.
• Engagement in Meetings and Events
  • Participating in regular editorial meetings, teleconferences, or virtual discussions with the editorial board and mentors.
  • Attending webinars, conferences, and other events organized by the journal, sharing expertise on relevant topics.
• Maintaining Ethical Standards
  • Upholding the highest ethical standards in the review, publication, and dissemination of research.
  • Ensuring that all published work adheres to academic integrity, originality, and proper citation practices.
• Supporting Professional Development
  • Supporting the journal’s training activities and workshops designed to develop the skills of new researchers, authors, and reviewers.
  • Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and fostering a learning culture within the journal’s community.

⦁ Use of FIJARASEM Title: Fellow Members are granted the right to use the title "FIJARASEM" (Fellow, International Journal of Advanced Research in Arts, Science, Engineering & Management). For example: Dr. James Robinson, Ph.D., FIJARASEM.

⦁ Judging Roles: Fellow Members may be invited to serve as judges for poster presentations at National and International Conferences.

⦁ Organizing Committee Involvement: Fellow Members may be invited to join the organizing or apex committees for National and International Conferences.

⦁ Keynote Speaker Invitations: Fellow Members may be invited to deliver keynote speeches at National and International Conferences.

⦁ Special Lecture Opportunities: Fellow Members have the chance to present special lectures or talks at sectional programs during National and International Conferences.

⦁ Conference Hosting Privileges: Fellow Members are eligible to host National and International Conferences in their own location or country.

⦁ State or Country Representation: Fellow Members may be chosen to represent their state or country as coordinators for IJARASEM® journals and conferences.

⦁ Editorial Board Membership: Fellow Members can join the Editorial Board of any IJARASEM® International Peer-Reviewed Journal.

⦁ Reviewing Opportunities: Fellow Members may be appointed as reviewers for IJARASEM® International Peer-Reviewed Journals.

⦁ Discounted Publication Fees: Fellow Members enjoy reduced manuscript processing charges when publishing their research papers or articles in IJARASEM® journals.

⦁ International Award Consideration: Fellow Members are eligible for consideration for the prestigious IJARASEM® International Award.
